To qualify for 2026 production and dispatch, orders must be formally accepted, with all required payment arrangements completed and final artwork approved and signed off by the applicable product deadline.
- All orders remain subject to available production capacity.
- Order deadlines may be brought forward if a production department becomes fully booked.
- Artwork corrections, delayed payments or outstanding approvals may affect eligibility for 2026 production.
- Larger quantities, special specifications and additional finishing may require earlier approval.
- Our final scheduled factory dispatch date is Friday, 18 December 2026.
- Dispatch does not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Courier transit times and collection schedules vary.
- Products no longer available for 2026 production may still be enquired about for future production scheduling.

What do the order deadlines mean?
The deadlines are the latest general dates on which your order must be formally accepted, with final artwork approved and all required payment arrangements completed, to be considered for production and dispatch before our year-end shutdown. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Can I place an order before the deadline and submit artwork afterwards?
An order only meets the applicable deadline once its final artwork has been approved and signed off. Delays with artwork submission or correction may result in the order being scheduled for the next available production period.
What if I’ve already placed my order?
Existing orders will continue according to their individually confirmed production arrangements. Please contact your sales consultant if you need to clarify your order’s status.
Can I still place an order after my product’s cutoff date?
You are welcome to enquire about future production or suitable alternatives. Production for 2026 after the applicable cutoff is not guaranteed.
Can I order a large quantity close to the deadline?
Larger orders and specialised finishing may require earlier scheduling. Please contact our sales team to confirm feasibility before placing your order.
Will I receive my products before Christmas?
We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Our final scheduled factory dispatch date is Friday, 18 December 2026, and courier transit times depend on destination, collection arrangements and the courier network.
Can I collect my order?
Collection arrangements must be confirmed in advance. Please contact our team to establish whether your order will be ready and whether a collection slot is available.
Can I still order products for 2027?
Yes, you may enquire about future production requirements. Our sales team can advise on the next available production period and applicable order arrangements.
